California and Gov. Brown Falls Into Gay Ocean, Signs Bill To Allow Children To Pick Bathrooms and Sex Annually
KCRA and other news media reports "California Gov. Jerry Brown signed a highly controversial bill on Monday, giving transgender students more rights at school."
Assembly Bill 1266 bans discrimination and allows transgender students to try out for sports teams and use locker rooms based on the gender they identify with -- regardless of the gender on their birth certificate.
The new law will also allow public school students to self-identify their gender, enabling them to use the locker rooms and bathrooms of their choice.
"This is the most bizarre law in the history of the world," says Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate, "and we have the gay lobby to thank for it."
