Delgaudio: Roberts Was Lawless Before He Joined the Court and is Lawless Now
In 2005, Public Advocate President Eugene Delgaudio held a news conference and condemned and opposed Judge Roberts to the Supreme Court and explained the lawless nature of Robert's participation in a law suit to overturn a referendum as an impeachable offense for a judge and a unethical practice by a private attorney.
