White House Above The Law, Ignores Declaratory Judgement of Federal Court, Public Advocate and others say

A judicial drubbing for Obamacare, Florida Judge Issues Death Blow

Radio host Sean Hannity says "Obamacare is dead and Congress must seak to punish Administrative staff that operate outside the law.

Hannity and others point out " page #75 of Florida Judge Vinson's ruling:

Declaratory judgment is, in a context such as this where federal officers are defendants, the practical equivalent of specific relief such as an injunction . . . since it must be presumed that federal officers will adhere to the law as declared by the court. [Quoting a D.C. Circuit opinion written by none other than then-Judge Antonin Scalia]"

This means President Obama and the White House staff are operating outside the law when they claim the Florida federal court decision can be "ignored."
