PUBLIC ADVOCATE LEADS CRUSADE ON ABUSE OF BIDEN AUTO PEN NATIONWIDE

Public Advocate President Eugene Delgaudio sent out a response online to supporters today that seemed to be part of a massive wave of millions of people and major news organizations objecting to the possible abuse, by Biden White House staff, of Joe Biden's Presidential powers with the use of an auto pen on thousands of documents.

"Public Advocate had written last year in national messages that we suspected there was an abuse of the Presidential Powers due to the obvious lack of cognitive abilities of the President. Signing thousands of documents by autopen was an alarm. Missouri AG Andrew Bailey seemed to have responded to this campaign this past week, and Public Advocate hoped for the actions and progress today that we had been working all year for, " said Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate, " and Fox TV News along with hundreds of key online social media accounts proves Public Advocate right," said Delgaudio.

Delgaudio sent an email today which will be quoted later in this posted report.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey wants the Department of Justice to investigate whether staffers of Preisdent Biden took advantage of his cognitive decline to issue "radical" policies at the end of his term without his full understanding.

Mr. Bailey, a Republican, announced Wednesday that he has asked DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz to conduct a "full investigation" into the ex-president's mental capacity during his final days in office, when he broke records for presidential acts of clemency.

"I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden's cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval," Mr. Bailey posted on X. "If true, these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void."..........

Nearly all, or 96%, of Mr. Biden's acts of clemency were granted after Oct. 1, according to the Pew Research Center.

"On Jan. 17 alone, he granted 2,490 commutations, more in a single day than any prior chief executive had granted over their entire presidency," said the center in its Feb. 7 analysis.

Biden's 'autopen signature' appears on most official docs

The majority of official documents signed by President Joe Biden allegedly used the same autopen signature, reinvigorating concerns over the former president's mental acuity and if he "actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents," a report published by an arm of the Heritage Foundation found.

"WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY," the Oversight Project, which is an initiative within the conservative Heritage Foundation that investigates the government to bolster transparency, posted to X on Thursday.

"We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year. Here is the autopen signature," the group claimed on X, accompanied by photo examples.

Missouri's attorney general has answered Public Advocate's call to action.

Just days ago, AG Andrew Bailey sent a formal request to the Department of Justice for an immediate investigation into Joe Biden's failed mental state.

He wants to know - as do I - just when Joe Biden lost his marbles.

The exact time line is very important, because any presidential executive orders signed when Biden was not in control of his mind are legally null and void.

This is exactly the argument that I published back in December as Biden's office rushed out thousands of reckless pardons for violent criminals.

It seemed clear then, and has been nearly proven now, that radical staffers were just shoving orders in front of the clueless president.

Or even worse, these staffers may have written the pardons and then had them signed and published without ever even consulting Joe Biden.

After careful analysis, it has been shown that Joe Biden's signature on almost every single order issued in his name is so identical that they had to have been created by an autopen signer.

Which means Joe Biden likely had little or no knowledge about these pardons.

In fact, the only order that investigators could show was actually signed by Joe Biden was his announcement to drop out of the 2024 Presidential Race.

But let me back up a bit.

Since Joe Biden was sworn in, Public Advocate and myself have repeatedly warned that he was already suffering from apparent dementia.

And when it comes to the Office of the President of the United States, even 5 minutes a week of true mental confusion is unacceptable.

For the entirety of his four years in office, Public Advocate repeatedly called out his many public gaffs, slipping speaking performance, and the tendency of the White House to hide him away.

When Robert Hurr announced that Joe Biden wasn't fit to be prosecuted, I once again renewed my public objections to his remaining in power.

If the man wasn't fit to stand trial, he was not fit to make command decisions for our country.

And after his horrendous performance in the presidential debate last summer and subsequent withdrawal from the race, I publicly pointed out that there could be no doubt any longer.

The only legitimate reason for Joe Biden to drop out of that race was if he was mentally declining.

Any other reason would have been a serious violation of our democratic process.

And if Joe's debate performance actually was an indicator of his failing mental state, then he was already unfit to serve as president under the 25th Amendment.

Biden's handlers tried to split the middle and have it both ways.

They didn't want to admit that he was unfit, but they also didn't want to admit that they were throwing out the entire Democrat National Party's primary process.

All during the summer, Public Advocate repeatedly called for an investigation into the White House.

It was clear that Vice President Kamala Harris, the Cabinet and senior White House Staff were refusing to invoke the 25th Amendment in order to keep Joe in the Oval Office.

But - as I asked then - if Joe wasn't giving the orders, just who was?

This is the question that AG Bailey is now demanding the Department of Justice investigate."
