AS NETFLIX EXECS FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES IN TEXAS, STOCK LOSES $54 BILLION IN ONE DAY

Public Advocate has been celebrating the crash of Netflix stock but we want to also thank the district attorney from Tyler County, Texas. His name is Lucas Babin and he started an investigation into the making of Netflix's Cuties.

Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate says:

"One brave District Attorney from Tyler County, Texas has answered Public Advocate's call to hold Netflix accountable for the despicable film Cuties.

***Content Warning: I feel I must warn you that the details of this story are upsetting. Only continue reading if you can face it.***

When it was first released on the streaming platform, Cuties horrified the nation.

This movie graphically depicted a group of 11-year-old girls dancing very sexually.

Even worse, it was soon revealed that the producers of Cuties had auditioned almost 700 little girls -- every one of which was required to "twerk" and otherwise dance sexually for the grown men.

I'm feeling nauseous just writing that...

Yet Netflix and the producers tried to defend all this by saying they just wanted to shine a light on a serious problem.

But no matter what they say, it doesn't change the fact that they used real 11-year-old girls to make this movie.

It does not change the fact that there is no content difference between Cuties and criminal child pornography.

And that is why Public Advocate and our supporters gathered thousands of signed petitions calling for Cuties to be banned and for Netflix to be criminally charged.

We even petitioned Netflix directly, calling on them to do the right thing.

The radical Homosexual Lobby has long sought to legitimize the sexualization of children in America and abroad.

Drag Queen Story Hours are designed to indoctrinate children under the age of five into embracing homosexual, transsexual and pedophile behavior.

Public school teachers across the country are getting caught trying to groom children.

All of these activities are connected to the radical Homosexual Agenda.

But many local politicians -- from governors all the way down to county DAs -- are taking action to put a stop to it!

Texas, in particular, is taking aggressive action to protect children from sexual exploitation.

Governor Abbott has banned child "transgender" surgeries as criminal child abuse in his state.

He has also ordered education officials to perform an audit of Texas libraries to remove pornographic materials intended for children.

And Tyler County District Attorney Lucas Babin has taken Netflix to court over Cuties.

Just months after Public Advocate launched our campaign against the pornographic film, DA Babin brought the case before a Texas Grand Jury -- who issued a criminal indictment.

Since then, the law that DA Babin charged Netflix under has been struck down.

But Babin kept up the fight, bringing new charges under other parts of Texas law relevant to this abuse of children.

Now, Netflix is calling on a federal judge to shut down the whole case and override Texas law.

Cuties is not the only program Netflix oversees that promotes child sexualization.

Big Mouth is a show that graphically depicts middle school children sexually -- but as it is only a cartoon, it remains legal.

Legal, but morally disgusting!

Netflix needs to be held accountable for the agenda they are pushing -- no matter how they try to dress it up as art.

Mr. Babin, you have Public Advocate's complete support in this case," Delgaudio said.
