World Class Moronic Posturing: Judge Jackson declines to define woman
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, Permission Granted In Advance For Any Use, March 24, 2022 11:30 AM EST.
Eugene Delgaudio, President of Public Advocate said "Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson has automatically disqualified herself from the Supreme Court or any public position by refusing to define a woman in an open Senate Hearing. The simplest question for the "first black WOMAN" is a pandering freakish ideologicial appeal by her own declaration," said Delgaudio.
In an emergency alert sent to thousands, Delgaudio writes:
".......you
don't
have
to
be
a
biologist
to
know
the
difference
between
man
and
woman.
Every
child
learns
the
basic
biological
difference
at
an
early
age.
But
because
of
the
Homosexual
Lobby
and
their
transgender
allies,
even
basic
biology
has
become
controversial
in
public
discourse.
Their
goal
is
to
create
an
environment
in
which
their
immoral
lifestyle
is
acceptable
and
to
redefine
basic
scientific
fact,
"
Delgaudio
said.
"Conservatives were shocked and outraged Wednesday after Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first black woman nominated to the Supreme Court, refused to define the word "woman" on the grounds that, as she put it, "I'm not a biologist."
Jackson made the comment during a Tuesday exchange with Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) in which the lawmaker asked the DC Circuit Court of Appeals judge point-blank: "Can you provide a definition for the word 'woman'?
After a short back-and-forth, Jackson ultimately said: "No, I can't."
"You can't?" Blackburn asked.
"Not in this context. I'm not a biologist," Jackson said."
