Public Advocate Religious Exemptions, Will Hire Victims of Religious Discrimination
"Public Advocate has distributed thousands of suggested religious exemption letters at no cost for supporters to submit to their respective employers in the private, government or military sector. Public Advocate will also consider for immediate part-time employment anyone who lost their job due to the filing of a religious exemption letter. Public Advocate will continue the distribution of suggested religious exemption forms on social media and estimate we will reach a million Americans with assistance," said Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate.
STATEMENT CONCERNING RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION FORMS FOR PRIVATE, GOVERNMENT
AND U.S. MILITARY
This is about people having the right to decide what is or is not done to their own bodies.
Public Advocate is not a medical organization and we are not offering any medical advice about COVID-19 or the vaccines.
But we have fought for other 40 years to protect and sustain religious liberty.
And whether Biden likes it or not, there are sincerely held religious convictions that exempt anyone from being forced to take this vaccine.
Brave servicemen and women should not be facing a court martial over their Christian beliefs.
Nurses should not be forced to quit en masse when they stick to their religious convictions.
Public Advocate has extensive legal experience in these areas -- but our lawyers are stretched to their limits.
That's why I've had them prepare these Religious Exemption Templates to be distributed to our supporters and membership.
Do you know a soldier, a federal worker, or a nurse who is being ordered to take a vaccine they do not want?
Maybe even one they do not need?
Please look through these forms to see if one applies to that situation.
Even if they don't fit exactly, they can provide someone with a starting point.
I am hearing from so many people that just don't know where to start.
That's why I wanted to put these out there.
Here are resources for active military:

And we have drafted an exemption specifically for Catholics that you can see here:
And then finally, we have a generic form that any member of the clergy from any denomination can complete for a congregate member.
