Zombie House Speaker Pelosi Raises Rotting ERA from Dead
In a statement responding to the horrific rituals performed by the current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Eugene Delgaudio, sent a message to all supporters of Public Advocate: ( in part)
"The Homosexual Lobby and the Leftists are trying to use the U.S. Constitution to destroy Religious Liberty!
Last week, Speaker Nancy Pelosi rammed through an unconstitutional resolution to remove the deadline on the the long-dead Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).
You see, the anti-Family Leftists would like you to believe this is all about women's rights.
But what they are not telling you is, if the ERA is revived, it would allow the Left to cement homosexual "marriage" and "transgender rights" into the Constitution!...................
.................Public Advocate has worked day and night and filed legal brief killing the ERA, again, in federal court JUST DAYS AGO.
Now Nancy Pelosi is reviving the dead corpse of the ERA again.
With our proven grassroots programs, emails, social media presence, Amicus Briefs and our hard-hitting petition drives, your Public Advocate has led the charge to protect Religious Liberty.

To illustrate how radical this bill is:
Eugene Delgaudio, President of Public Advocate also said in part, to supporters,
"Speaker Pelosi is now attempting to overrule Public Advocate's victory in court: The Equal Rights Amendment is (pending appeal) dead under an existing federal court decision.
Details on the court battle: Obama-appointed U.S. District Court Judge Contreras (MARCH 5 2021) denied an effort by Virginia (Mark Herring), Illinois, and Nevada to force the ERA into the Constitution through a federal law suit.
The federal court opinion mentions favorably all the amicus briefs (Public Advocate first!) in a footnote.
The court ruled that: (i) plaintiffs have not suffered an injury because the actions of the defendant Archivist have no practical effect in amending the constitution, but more importantly, (ii) the recent supposed ratifications of the ERA by the plaintiff states came long after the expiration of the deadlines set by Congress.
Accordingly, in a victory for Public Advocate, the court dismissed the case brought by leftist Attorney Generals.
Obviously the case can be appealed, but the fact that it was a Democrat judge who ruled against the ERA ratification seems to have altered their calculations. Leftists are now trying to undo the nation through legislation, which is what Congress is attempting to do right now.
So even an Obama appointed Judge, U.S. District Judge Contreras ruled the ERA is dead. And this Congress is even more extreme."
