Eugene Delgaudio: Masterpiece Cakeshop Supreme Court Decision could help Christians All Over USA
In a statement sent to 200,000 supporters on facebook, google, twitter, email and other social media platforms, Eugene Delgaudio president of Public Advocate said in part:
".........The U.S. Supreme Court has finally agreed to hear Jack Phillips' case.
And the outcome could change Religious Liberty in America forever.
Jack Phillips, of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Colorado, politely stood for his beliefs when two homosexual men ordered him to bake a cake for their homosexual "wedding."
But the homosexual men, fueled by the success of bullying tactics by radical homosexual activists, took legal action against Phillips.
As a result, Mr. Phillips was sentenced to attend "sensitivity training" re-education class, threatened with fines and was forced to stop baking wedding cakes.
And a state appeals court in Colorado stripped Mr. Phillips of his right to Religious Liberty.
Luckily, all of this could change with a Supreme Court ruling in favor of Religious Liberty.
In fact, Mr. Phillips' case could help Christians all over America facing the same attacks............." Delgaudio said.
