Nancy Pelosi urges S.F. Archbishop to not attend March for Marriage
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi recently asked San Fransisco Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone to re-consider his plan to attend this weeek's second annual March for Marriage in DC.
Pelosi, a so-called Catholic attempted to make a passionate appeal to Cordileone stating "We share our love of the Catholic faith and our city of San Francisco,".
The goal of the second annual March for Marriage is to draw thousands of supporters of traditional marriage to walk from the U.S Capitol to the Supreme Court. Conservative former presidential candidates Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum, as well as Cordileone, are being billed as the star speakers.
