Can Obama rewrite federal law? He refuses to do his job in defending the law with DOMA And Ignores Immigration Law Now


We here at Public Advocate noted the lawlessness of President Barack Obama when he first order every public school in the nation to allow him to address the children on the first day of school. We jumped on it and held a news conference and addressed the world media in the strongest terms.

He was outside the law. And he stopped doing it.

But the President did ignore the Defense of Marriage Act and has been attacking that law and other laws even as he is required to defend them.

The Washington Times' Andrew Napolitano condemns the latest Obama power grab on immigration:

Here we go again. Is the Constitution merely a guideline to be consulted by those it purports to regulate, or is it really the supreme law of the land? If it is just a guideline, then it is meaningless, as it only will be followed by those in government when it is not an obstacle to their purposes.

Never mind that the Constitution provides that his job is "to take care that the laws be faithfully executed," and that "all legislative power" in the federal government has been granted to Congress. He has chosen to bypassCongress and disregard the Constitution. Can he do this?......
