Metro Weekly trumpets "An employer who discriminates against an employee or applicant on the basis of the person's gender identity is violating the prohibition on sex discrimination contained in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, according to an opinion issued on April 20 by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The opinion, experts say, could dramatically alter the legal landscape for transgender workers across the nation."

Homosexuals activists then claim Public Advocate does not have it right according to the written law. "The Homosexuals would never do that" claim the same spokesmen who agitate, advocate and 100% agree the EEOC should include cross dressers in the 1964 civil rights act! (absurd by normal strict constructionist reasoning but normal to pro-gay at any cost lawyers).

Public Advocate then says this is "how the homosexuals roll" as they take old laws and make them apply to them and take new laws and make them apply to them. This is an old law that they have converted for their personal use.
