"Hate Crime " or More McDonald's Restaurant Mayhem
"Racial Assault at McDonald's Restaurant" Episode May Show Manipulation of Small and Big Media
McDonalds Inc. calls it "disturbing" and says they
will cooperate with authorities
"We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised
restaurant showing an assault."
Violence In Another McDonald's Almost Kills Young Woman (is
the title on the video posted)
but the person who posted the video also says on his
facebook page "the victim was a male crossdresser".
McDonald's Employee Took Credit For Filming Brutal Beating In
Baltimore Fast Food Joint
Says Male Crossdresser Was in the Women's Bathroom
Quote from "the smoking gun website":
A website known for its quick investigative questioning of
public incidents says:
A McDonald's worker has taken credit for filming and
uploading to YouTube the latest viral video to capture a brutal
assault at a fast food restaurant.
......as seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett
has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was
actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with
female patrons when he refused to leave the women's bathroom at the
Baltimore eatery.
Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and,
when cops arrived at the restaurant, "he got right
up."
Comment:
The employee who took the video says a cross dressing male was
in the Women's Bathroom and refused to leave when two women came in
to use the bathroom.
Public Advocate condemns all violence for whatever reason including provocation.
If what the employee states is true, this incident
seems to be falsely portrayed as completely a racial incident by
web-based or major news organizations.
Authorities have charged 2 in the video
According to CBS TV news in Baltimore:
Both suspects were later identified.
A 14-year-old female has been charged as a juvenile. Charges
are pending against an 18-year-old female.
The incident remains under investigation and the State's
Attorney's Office is reviewing the case.
The victim was transported to Franklin Square Hospital for
treatment. No additional information about the victim's condition
is available at this time.
According to a Baltimore Sun story posted late Friday, "police
and prosecutors said they did not know whether the victim is a
transgender woman." Other authorities are considering hate crime
charges, based on the race issue.
