Prince William: Update on Convicted Predator, Alledged Serial
Predator, Kevin Ricks, former Teacher
Ricks was accused of molesting many young children. Last week
he was sentenced to serve one year and the judge suspend four
additional years of the sentence.
Kevin Ricks, the former Osbourn High School teacher who admitted sexually molesting a 16-year-old boy, was sentenced Thursday to one year in the Prince William County jail.

Ricks faces federal child pornography charges in
Virginia as well as a local sex abuse charge in North
Carolina.
FBI agents and local police have linked Ricks, 50, to a series
of sex abuses that goes back more than 30 years, with alleged
encounters with boys in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, several
western states and Japan.
Federal and state prosecutors are lining up to file charges
against Ricks, and law enforcement officials said they hope to put
together prosecutions that would net decades of jail time.
