A Federal Judge in California has ruled that the ban on gays in the military violates the Constitutional rights of gay and lesbian soldiers to due process and to freedom of expression.
It was a law suit filed by the Log Cabin Republicans who also donate to many so-called moderate Republicans and "decent" candidates who are "tolerate" of sodomy and now, destroying the American military.
It would destroy the U.S. Military by ordering our volunteers and conscripts to allow homosexual predators onto our nation's fighting force.
