AMERICA WILL STOP PORNOGRAPHERS FROM CORRUPTING CHILDREN SOON

Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate said: "Thank you to the Supreme Court. Justice Thomas wrote the opinion for the 6-3 majority, holding that Texas's law is within its constitutionally permissible authority to protect children from sexually explicit content. "History, tradition, and precedent recognize that States have two distinct powers to address obscenity: They may proscribe outright speech that is obscene to the public at large, and they may prevent children from accessing speech that is obscene to children."

The Supreme Court held that Texas's law triggered intermediate scrutiny, and that it survives that test which requires that a law "advances important governmental interests unrelated to the suppression of free speech and does not burden substantially more speech than necessary to further those interests." "

Delgaudio also said:

"The Radical Left doesn't care about protecting children - they are too busy grooming children into their sexual playthings!

Why was a brilliant Texas law designed to prevent children from looking at pornography online attacked by the Left as an assault on Free Speech?

Texas and Public Advocate had to fight in court to keep the law in place that requires all porn websites institute rigorous Age Verification to make sure children under 18 are not looking at the perverse content.

Let me say that again: WE HAD TO FIGHT IN COURT TO PROTECT CHILDREN FROM ONLINE PORN.

Why is there anyone else on the other side of this issue?

(Thankfully, we just won this case!)

This sort of exposure warps and twists the minds of these children when they are young.

And that's exactly what the Radical Left and the Homosexual Lobby want: groomed, perverted kids.
