After years of holding ring of power, Frodo turns into Socialist Gollum

Prof. Clifford Thies reports:

"New Zealand just elected a deeply fundamentalist Christian prime minister leading a party that hates poor people." tweeted Elijah Wood, the actor who played Frodo in the Lord of the Rings series.

Wood is an American who spent all of 16 months in New Zealand during the filming of the Lord of the Rings. He is a supporter of Bernie Sanders, so of course being able to lock people up indefinitely and dictate what form of energy they can use, along with ruining the New Zealand economy are all intoxicating.

Perhaps unbeknownst to Wood, J.R.R. Tolkein, author of the Lord of the Rings, was a convert from atheism to Christianity. It is thought by many that his experience on the front lines of WWI, combined with his knowledge of ancient languages, shaped his world view and writing. His friend and fellow Christian writer of fantasy C.S. Lewis was disappointed in Tolkein's adherence to Catholicism. And, Tolkein never did embrace the Second Vatican Council's dropping of Latin in favor of the various languages of the people.

As for Wood turning into Gollum, just look at his character in the 2023 remake of Toxic Avenger.
