SAM ALITO SAVES LIVES WHILE HIS LIFE IS THREATENED, SAYS EUGENE DELGAUDIO
Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate, says:
"Criminals operating as public felons violated the sacred legal responsibility of the Supreme Court members to keep confidential their deliberations on a pending case and should be investigated and charged if found to be participants in this subversion of the Court's rules as a branch of the federal government," says Delgaudio.
Delgaudio said:
"Public Advocate shares this information not to perpetrate the crime but to reveal the degree to which public felons go to prevent or disrupt the legal process in America today.
Chief Justice John Roberts has confirmed the accuracy of the leaked document.
Mobs threaten the Court now and already violence is being promoted by the White House and Senators Chuck Schumer, Elizabeth Warren and Vice-president Kamala Harris as a result of this leaked draft memo, " Delgaudio said.
"Roe Versus Wade was bad law. Even liberals thought it was poorly drafted and left the country torn apart since it was issued without any Constitutional or legislative direction from any federal elected body. And overturning it simply returns the right to life issue to the states with some states allowing the murder of babies and many states preserving the lives of the pre-born babies, " Delgaudio said.

"The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.
The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision - Planned Parenthood v. Casey - that largely maintained the right. "Roe was egregiously wrong from the start," Alito writes.
"We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled," he writes in the document, labeled as the "Opinion of the Court." "It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives," Politico reports.
