Four Disney employees were arrested in a massive undercover operation targeting human traffickers, child predators and prostitution.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office identified the workers at a news conference Wednesday following the conclusion of Operation March Sadness 2, a six-day sting that led to the arrests of 108 people.

Xavier Jackson, 27, of Kissimmee, allegedly communicated online and via text with an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old girl, authorities said.

The three other Disney employees were identified as Ralph Leese, 45; Shubham Malave, 27; and Wilakson Fidele, 24. They were all charged with soliciting a prostitute, Judd said.

"Nasty, nasty, nasty people - we can't even use the words that they used. We obviously can't show the pictures and video clips that they sent to what they thought were 13-year-old little girls and little boys," Judd said in a press conference.

Three of the people arrested in the operation were Disney employees. One of the suspects flew across the country from Los Angeles.

"[Jared Justice] showed up on vacation, but he only needed to buy a one-way ticket because he's not flying back to Los Angeles anytime soon," Judd said.

"He's married. Mrs. Justice did you hear that? Your married husband showed up from Los Angeles thinking he was going to have sex with a 13-year-old girl while you're in Los Angeles behaving, holding the house down. His last name is Justice. That's what we're going to get. Justice for Justice."

Jonathan McGrew and Savannah Lawrence, both custodians at Disney's Hollywood Studios, showed up thinking they would have a threesome with a 13-year-old girl.

Judd said that McGrew said in online communications, "our fantasy is to play stepdad, stepdaughter, stepmother, teacher, student, uh, maybe even shoplifter where we even do a strip show."

"So, he gave all of these details before the two even showed up," Judd said. "Savannah said, 'I'm just a follower,' but she admitted and confessed that they came there to engage a child."

Kenneth Aquino, a lifeguard at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, left his girlfriend who is seven months pregnant with his child to have sex with a 13-year-old, Judd said.

DISNEY HAS A LONG STANDING PROBLEM WITH CHILD PREDATOR EMPLOYEES

But behind its meticulously curated self-image, Disney has had a long-standing problem with child predators gaining employment within the company and exploiting minors. In 2014, reporters at CNN published a bombshell six-month investigation that discovered at least 35 Disney employees had been arrested for sex crimes against children, attempting to meet minors for sex, and possession of child pornography over the previous eight years."

"Just days after getting arrested in a child sex sting, Robert Kingsolver is a long way from his beloved job at Walt Disney World.

Kingsolver, 49, is one of at least 35 Disney employees arrested since 2006 and accused of sex crimes involving children, trying to meet a minor for sex, or for possession of child pornography, according to a six-month CNN investigation that examined police and court records, and interviewed law enforcement officials and some of the men who have been arrested...........

.......So far, a total of 32 have been convicted, with the remaining cases pending.

More than two hours before the Disney Dream left port here last August, a Disney Cruise Line crewmember was captured on ship surveillance video molesting an 11-year-old girl in an elevator - a crime Disney Cruise Line said it believes it must by law report immediately.

But a Local 6 investigation reveals the incident was not reported until the next day, long after the ship had slipped out of port, enabling the 33-year-old suspect to evade investigation and prosecution by Florida authorities.
