Help Stop Sleazy SPLC from Snatching Federal Judiciary with Nancy Abudu
PERMISSION GRANTED IN ADVANCE TO QUOTE OR PUBLISH on or after JANUARY 18, 2022.
Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate will send an alert to supporters January 18 mobilizing opposition to the Biden Administrations nomination of a radical partisan to the Federal Appeals Court.
Delgaudio will write an online message that says in part:
"Radicals
in
the
Biden
administration
have
put
a
name
forward
that
should
scare
conservatives
across
the
country.
Nancy
Abudu
has
been
nominated
to
fill
a
vacancy
on
the
11th
Circuit
Court
of
Appeals.
She
currently
works
for
the
extreme
anti-Christian
Southern
Poverty
Law
Center.
The
SPLC
has
a
long
history
of
attacking
Christian
organizations
and
labeling
them
"hate
groups."
Public
Advocate
has
been
labeled
a
"hate
group"
by
the
SPLC
for
our
advocacy
of
Christian
and
pro-Family
values.
And
Public
Advocate
has
been
in
many
court
battles
with
the
SPLC
over
the
years
defending
Christian
and
pro-Family
citizens
from
their
radical
attacks.
We
have
filed
an
Amicus
Brief
in
the
Coral
Ridge
Ministries
v.
SPLC
case
which
could
prevent
the
SPLC
from
defaming
pro-Family
and
Christian
organizations
with
"hate
group"
designations
to
keep
them
out
of
the
Amazon
Smiles
program.
If
confirmed,
Nancy
Abudu
would
be
in
a
position
to
dismiss
cases
such
as
Coral
Ridge
Ministries
v.
SPLC
that
defame
and
discriminate
against
Christian
and
pro-Family
organizations.
Someone
who
holds
views
that
are
clearly
anti-Family
and
adversarial
to
Christians
should
not
be
on
any
judicial
bench,
"
says
Delgaudio
in
his
January
18
email
message
to
supporters.
