President Biden Eliminates All Women In New Transgender Executive Order

President Joseph Biden signed the Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation
on January 20 (link to full language on the Biden White House site here)

The new policy states "All persons should receive equal treatment under the law, no matter their gender identity or sexual orientation."

Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate said "This terrible and destructive Executive assault on all women and young girls is institutional perversion sanctioned by governmental sponsorship and state legislatures, churches, municipalities and localities must protect the current and future victims of this dictate to eliminate the legitimate role of two genders by ordering the elimination of the rights of women outright."

Townhall reports:

".......Joe Biden, whose serial creepiness toward women and girls, not to mention a credible allegation of sexual assault, have all been swept under the rug because he is ostensibly "on their (feminists) side." He is a "supporter of women," whatever that means. From that lofty position, he can with impunity and even adulation inflict upon women the ultimate indignity:

He can cancel them altogether.

That is the logical extension of Biden's Executive Order on "transgender rights," issued his first day on the job. In that EO, he essentially declared that, as far as the law is concerned, men can be women. And in doing so, he utterly wiped out an entire category of human beings known for centuries as "women." For, as Matt Walsh and others have persuasively argued, if anyone can be a woman, the distinction, the designation itself, becomes meaningless.

The liberal Washington Post falsely reports

On the day that President Biden signed an executive order allowing transgender people to serve in the military, Republican lawmakers 2,100 miles away in Montana's capital advanced a law to ban transgender youth from competing in girls' sports.

Biden signed an executive order on his first day in office to reinstate protections for gender identity that were curbed by the Trump administration. Meanwhile, lawmakers in at least a dozen states have proposed bills in recent weeks that challenge such protections. Some were carried over from 2020 sessions, when a record number of anti-trans bills were filed in state legislatures, according to the ACLU

CORRECTION of WP by PA: President Biden eliminated womankind in sports and the general American community and Republican legislators want to preserve women's sports for women. The Washington Post fears that pro-family state legislators will protect woman and young girls from being eliminated by presidential executive orders.

Heritage Foundation reports:
Here's what (the Transgender Executive Order) says:

"Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports."

"People should be able to access health care and secure a roof over their heads without being subjected to sex discrimination."

And here's what it means:

Boys who identify as girls must be allowed to compete in the girls' athletic competitions, men who identify as women must be allowed in women-only spaces, healthcare plans must pay for gender-transition procedures, and doctors and hospitals must perform them.

Sounds unifying, right?

In reality, it spells the end of girls' and women's sports as we know them. And, of course, no child should be told the lie that they're "trapped in the wrong body," and adults should not pump them full of puberty-blocking drugs and cross-sex hormones.

With this executive order, the so-called "transgender moment" has arrived at the White House. If you want to prepare yourself to effectively respond, you'll want to read my book, "When Harry Became Sally: Responding to the Transgender Moment."

..........................The Institute of Medicine at the National Academy of Sciences published a report in 2001 titled "Exploring the Biological Contributions to Human Health: Does Sex Matter?" The executive summary answered the question in the affirmative, saying that the explosive growth of biological information "has made it increasingly apparent that many normal physiological functions-and, in many cases, pathological functions-are influenced either directly or indirectly by sex-based differences in biology."

Because genetics and physiology are among the influences on an individual's health, the "incidence and severity of diseases vary between the sexes."
