Congressman Introduces Bill To Eliminate Transgender Abuse of US by Government
Congressman Pete Olson (R-Texas) has introduced a bill to eliminate the abuse of transgender policies by misguided and abusive federal government agencies and staff.
It is called the Civil Rights Uniformity Act of 2017 and simply prohibits the absurd notion that English words stating "sexual orientation" do not mean "gender identity" in the current expansion of otherwise normal federal regulations and laws refering to "sexual orientation".
Eugene Delgaudio president of Public Advocate of the U.S. said:
"Bill Clinton said he did not have sex with that woman, defended himself on the basis of what the meaning of "is" is. Then came Barrack Obama who issued federal "Transgender" executive orders impacting the entire nation and its children based on a whim with little public input. This administrative abuse needs to end and this bill will cut that abuse."
TEXT OF BILL
Civil Rights Uniformity Act of 2017
This bill prohibits the word "sex" or "gender" from being interpreted to mean "gender identity," and requires "man" or "woman" to be interpreted to refer exclusively to a person's genetic sex, for purposes determining the meaning of federal civil rights laws or related federal administrative agency regulations or guidance.
No federal civil rights law shall be interpreted to treat gender identity or transgender status as a protected class, unless it expressly designates "gender identity" or "transgender status" as a protected class.
