IRS undoing the Public Advocate marriage Ruling of years ago

Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate said:

"As expected based on the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on gay marriage, the Internal Revenue Service has posted regulations announcing the change in the definition of "married couple" in their tax regulations.

Public Advocate asked and was granted a request to the IRS to define "married couple" as one man one woman many years ago and now the IRS has posted these new regulations changing the definition.

Public Advocate's request was posted in professional journals of record at the time.

I hope we can one day ask the IRS and a future, new, administration to change it back to one man one woman definition for "married couple, said Delgaudio.
