Clark Construction, on behalf of owner Carr Properties, has filed applications to raze four buildings near the corner of 15th and L streets NW: 1150 15th St. (home to the Post's newsroom), 1515 L St., 1100 15th St. and 1523 L St. The demolition will not occur until at least 2016, when the Post relocates to One Franklin Square.
