Just One Week: 10,000 Alaska, Utah, Illinois Residents Strongly Condemn Vote By Republican Senators For "Gay Rights"
Public Advocate delivered the first of thousands of signed petitions to Senators Orrin Hatch (Utah), Lisa Murkowski (AK), and Mark Kirk (IL) calling for their resignations from the respective residents of their states.
These three Republican senators betrayed the pro-family values that they claimed in the past, by voting to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (S.815) out of committee.
S. 815 is better known as the Gay Bill of Special Rights and is the heart of the radical Homosexual Agenda.
Public Advocate supporters signed these petitions to express their disgust with the decidedly unconservative actions of these three so-called "conservative" senators.
These petitions are merely the first stage of Public Adovcate's campaign to defeat S. 815. Public Advocate will have more outreach to try to stop S. 815.
In one letter to Utah residents, Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate said, in part:
"Senator Hatch seems to have abandoned the moral principles he has claimed for years in order to appease President Obama and the Homosexual Lobby."
