US News Media Ignores: Child Rape Victim Kills Assailant. Walks Free. Calling Fox, Limbaugh, Hannity And Levin

News Media Ignores: Child Rape Victim Kills Assailant
Calling Rush Limbaugh, Alert Mark Levine

Commentary by Eugene Delgaudio, President, Public Advocate of the U.S. Inc.

Jon Hazard, a alleged child rapist, is dead. He got what Public Advocate calls "immediate victim imposed death penalty". And we need more of it. And we need readers of this commentary to tell others about this brave lady.

Public Advocate recognizes its responsibility as a non-profit educational group to promote the community welfare of the entire country and observes that the national news media seems to have missed or ignored a real life young victim of a ruthless crime who became a vigilante -- for over a year! And now walks free, today.

It is time that America hears about how Jon Hazard, alleged child rapist died and to hail the modern day heroine who killed him so that others would be safe.

Public Advocate and America salutes you. And we will make sure your example is saluted by more than just your community. We hope readers of this commentary agree.

It is our hope that more young children, girls and boys, learn by her good example. May God Bless you and may God allow the news to spread of her leadership.

In Colorado Springs, Colorado one little girl did justice to her attacker and shot her attacker prior to his trial which had been slated for June 1st, 2010. The crimes occured over a 3 year period starting 4 years ago.

The girl shot her attacker on June 9, 2009. So there have been no national news media reports on this incident in over a year and no news coverage of this decision of "no jail time" for the girl who shot her attacker.

In one local editorial in Colorado Springs, in the Gazette, "OUR VIEW: Girl shoots rape suspect and walks free" by the Gazette, an editor writes

"Congratulations to District Attorney Dan May, Chief Deputy District Attorney Kim Kitchen and defense lawyer Ann Kaufman for bringing a responsible resolution to a difficult case involving a girl who shot and killed a man charged with routinely raping her for three years, since she was 12 years old.

The girl, now age 16, pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter for shooting Jon R. Hazard in a trial that was set for June 1, 2010 . In return for her plea, the girl can expect a sentence of two years probation and mandatory counseling; no prison time.

Police said they found sexually explicit images of the girl on Hazard's computer. Nine days before Hazard's trial, (last year 2009), the girl shot and killed him in Palmer Park."

The editorial remarks positively that the community is not threatened by the girl, and actually the community feels safer now and closes with a message to the "perverts"

"Now perverts, listen up: Children can become frightened and desperate when adult freaks have sex with them. Understandably, they may take matters into their own hands. Remember Jon Hazard. He was the suspect in a young girl's rape and the girl shot him dead. Pay extra-special attention to the most important fact of this case: Some say good riddance, and others don't care. The girl will walk free, and most are likely to support that decision."

The editorial and poll are at

A poll is in progress and in Colorado at least, among 1794 "online votes" voted in the survey question "Should the girl who shot her suspected rapist in Palmer Park go to prison?"

93 per cent think "either probation and counseling are adequate" or "She deserves no punishment at all, not even probation"

Most Liberal editorialists seem to think a justly killed "alledged" pervert needs to be kept quiet and not talked about and even the Colorado Springs editorialist considers in his headline "Society has no patience for sex perverts" even calling a "child rapist" as a "pervert". This was not a "pervert" but an alledged child rapist.

What America needs is more adult women shooting attackers and more child victims of rape to take justice into their own hands when they are attacked. That is not lawlessness but justice under our jury system as in "justifiable homicide".

And where are the national editorials calling for more rapists getting immediate victim imposed death penalty? Calling Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levine.

We need your help. Please spread this commentary and report today.
