Breaking: Judge Halts Ban On ACORN Funding -- For Now
A Clinton-appointed judge, has restored Congressional funds cut

ACORN has claimed the cutoff constitutes a Bill of Attainder, which they claim belongs to them even if they committ crimes, use the money for illegal purposes or fund illegal enterprises like houses of prostitution (sic).
Judge Nina Gershon... about whom Republican Congressman Darryl Issa says:
This left-wing activist Judge is setting a dangerous precedent that left-wing political organizations plagued by criminal accusations have a constitutional entitlement to taxpayer dollars. The Obama Administration should immediately move to appeal this injunction.
