N.J. Governor Resigns, Admits Gay Affair

Public Advocate feels that by his own admission, the Governor used his office improperly to perpetrate several criminal acts including but not limited to abuse of office, using state funds for personal use, committing adultery, and election fraud since he passed himself as married to a woman and supportive of same-sex partnerships. He is the first openly gay governor and he committed many crimes.
