DELGAUDIO: "STATE OF GEORGIA WRONG TO TORTURE AND ABUSE ANOTHER BLACK CHRISTIAN MINISTER"

DELGAUDIO: "STATE OF GEORGIA WRONG TO TORTURE AND ABUSE CHRISTIAN MINISTER"

Statement of Eugene Delgaudio

The government should not be allowed to subpoena a pastor's sermons and notes, which Public Advocate considers a form of abuse.

The State of Georgia is once again persecuting a Christian employee for his private religious beliefs on the homosexual lifestyle.

But this time that employee is also a pastor.

Dr. Eric Walsh was hired by the Georgia Department of Public Health two years ago as a District Health Director.

After just one week on the job, a government official asked him to submit copies of his sermons for review -- which he did.

Two days later, Dr. Walsh was terminated.

Government bureaucrats did not like the fact that Dr. Walsh preached against homosexuality and the health dangers inherent in the homosexual lifestyle.

Now Dr. Walsh is fighting in court over this clear act of Religious Discrimination in his abrupt termination.

But now the state's lawyers are demanding that Walsh provide a copy of every sermon he's ever preached in his adult life and all associated notes.

It's obvious that they, the State of Georgia, is turning this case into an anti-Christian witch-hunt.

Its clear Congress passing the First Amendment Defense Act will restore those rights the radical Left have stolen in order to appease the Homosexual Agenda."
