Statement of Eugene Delgaudio, President, Public Advocate:
"The leftist blogs are all agog over a mob of legislators sponsoring
legislation to overturn the U.S. Supreme Court ban on one man one woman
marriage. This means Tennessee is on fire to defend traditional marriage
and the same sex wet blanket brigade is sweating it does not spread, " says Eugene
Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate.

Last week, far-right activist "Coach" Dave Daubenmire posted a video of himself introducing Tennessee state Rep. Mark Pody at an event in Nashville designed to generate support for a bill Pody wrote that seeks to negate the Supreme Court's gay
("same sex" )marriage ruling by declaring that the state will only recognize marriages between one man and one woman and that any court decision to the contrary "is unauthoritative, void, and of no effect."
They also quote Rep. Mark Pody says
"I believe that the bill that we're are trying to put out right now is to say, 'No, it will not happen here!'" he continued. "I believe that Nashville, Tennessee, is the time and the place that we put down the stake and we say, 'No more!'"

The leftist Huffington Post huffs and condemns Pody for his public embrace and quotes him (Rep. Mark Pody) as saying
(LEGAL NOTICE: please be warned this is a Biblical passage)
"Hear the word at my mouth and give them a warning from me," he quotes a Biblical passage from Ezekiel 3:17 while reading from off his phone. "When I say unto the wicked, 'Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood will I require from thy hand.'"
