Eugene Delgaudio: Kim Davis is American Martyr for God's Laws, Free Her Now

Statement of Eugene Delgaudio, President

I am shocked and appalled at the news that Rowan County (KY) Clerk Kim Davis has been arrested by U.S. Marshals on the orders of a Federal Judge.

This woman is not a criminal, but a dedicated public servant acting on her principles.

Kim Davis has bravely opposed the Judge Anthony Kennedy and four other members of the U.S. Supreme Court's unconstitutional assault on Real Marriage this summer by overruling all pro-Marriage laws and amendments across the majority of US States.

Standing on this belief and her religious convictions as to the sanctity of marriage, Ms. Davis has refused to issue any fake "homosexual marriage" licenses from her office.

Her stance is clearly protected as Religious Liberty under the First Amendment.

As President of Public Advocate of the United States, I hereby condemn U.S. District Judge David Benning's order to jail Clerk Kim Davis and call for her immediate release.

And I gratefully applaud Ms. Davis for her courageous defense of Religious Liberty and Real Marriage.

I salute Senator Ted Cruz's description of this action as judicial tyranny. I ask other candidates for President to speak up or forever be considered cowards.
